Welcome to the School Shooting Premier League ("SSPL," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or registering for our league programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you are registering on behalf of a minor (under 18 years of age), you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and you accept these Terms on their behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in SSPL programs, participants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Must be a school student, typically between ages 10-18
- Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a recognized school in India
- Parental Consent: Minors must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian
- Health: Participants must be physically fit to participate in shooting sports activities
- Documentation: Valid identity documents (Aadhaar, school ID, birth certificate) must be provided
3. Registration Process
3.1 Account Creation
- Registration requires a valid email address for OTP verification
- All information provided must be accurate and complete
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
3.2 Required Information
The registration process requires submission of:
- Personal details (name, date of birth, gender, contact information)
- Parent/guardian information and contact details
- Academic information (school details, class, admission number)
- Identity documents (photograph, Aadhaar card, school ID, birth certificate)
3.3 Verification
SSPL reserves the right to verify all submitted information and documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
4. User Responsibilities
As a registered user or participant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
- Update your information promptly if there are any changes
- Comply with all league rules, regulations, and codes of conduct
- Respect other participants, coaches, officials, and staff
- Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior
- Attend training sessions, trials, and matches as scheduled
5. League Rules & Participation
5.1 Team Allocation
Participants may be allocated to league franchises based on trials, skill assessments, and other criteria determined by SSPL. Team allocations are at the sole discretion of SSPL and franchise owners.
5.2 Training & Events
- Participants must attend scheduled training sessions and events
- Absences must be communicated in advance with valid reasons
- Repeated unexcused absences may result in removal from the program
5.3 Equipment & Facilities
All shooting equipment and range facilities are provided by SSPL or its partner venues. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and handle equipment responsibly.
6. Safety & Code of Conduct
Safety is our highest priority. All participants must:
- Follow Safety Rules: Adhere strictly to all shooting range safety protocols and instructor guidelines
- Supervised Activities: All shooting activities are conducted under qualified supervision
- Sportsmanship: Demonstrate fair play, respect, and good sportsmanship at all times
- Zero Tolerance: Any form of harassment, bullying, or misconduct will not be tolerated
Violation of safety rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the league.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the SSPL website, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is owned by SSPL or its licensors
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent
- SSPL may use photographs and videos of participants for promotional purposes (with appropriate consent)
- Participants retain ownership of their personal photos and content they submit
8. Limitation of Liability
Assumption of Risk: Shooting sports involve inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- SSPL maintains appropriate safety standards and insurance coverage
- All training and events are conducted by qualified professionals at certified facilities
- SSPL is not liable for injuries resulting from participant negligence or failure to follow safety rules
- Parents/guardians are required to sign a separate liability waiver before participation

9. Termination

You may withdraw your registration by contacting us in writing. Refund policies for any fees paid will be communicated separately.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India
- We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before pursuing legal action
11. Modifications to Terms
SSPL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
